Returns & Exchanges

At Morrow Soft Goods, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the items are shipped back within 7 days of receiving your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
